Thank you for being part of the Mobiqora Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") community. Protecting your personal information and your right to privacy matters to us. When you use our mobile application and our services, you place your trust in us with your personal information, and we take that seriously. In this notice we explain, as clearly as we can, what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. Please take the time to read it carefully. If there are any terms you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our apps and services. This notice applies to all information collected through our mobile application (the "Apps") and any related services, sales, marketing or events (together, the "Sites").

1. What information do we collect?

Information collected automatically

In short: Some information — such as your IP address and browser or device characteristics — is collected automatically when you use our Apps.

When you visit, use or navigate the Apps, we automatically collect certain information. This does not reveal your specific identity (such as your name or contact details), but may include your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use the Apps, and other technical information. We use this mainly to keep the Apps secure and operational and for our internal analytics and reporting.

Information collected through our Apps

In short: We may collect information about your device and push-notification settings when you use our apps.

• Mobile device access. We may request access or permission to certain features of your device, such as its sensors. You can change our access or permissions in your device settings.
• Mobile device data. We may automatically collect device information (such as your device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.
• Push notifications. We may ask to send you push notifications about your account or the app. You can opt out by turning them off in your device settings.
• Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, which is used to sign you in and to link your subscription.
• Health & quitting data you provide. To build your personalised quit plan we collect the information you enter in the app: the nicotine product you use (cigarettes, vape or heated tobacco), how much you use, your quit date, your progress through the lessons and craving tools, and your answers to the in-app dependence questionnaire. This data is used only to run your plan and show your progress. It is never sold and is never used for advertising.

Information collected from other sources

In short: We may collect limited information from public databases, marketing partners and other outside sources.

We may obtain information about you from sources such as public databases, joint marketing partners and other third parties — for example, social-media profile information, and marketing leads, search results and links (including sponsored links).

2. How do we use your information?

In short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the performance of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use personal information collected through our Apps for the business purposes described below, relying on our legitimate business interests, the performance of a contract with you, your consent, and/or compliance with our legal obligations. We use the information we collect or receive to:

• Improve our Apps. We use aggregated, non-identifying usage information to understand how our Apps are used and to improve their features, content and performance.
• Request feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Apps.
• Enforce our terms, conditions and policies.
• Respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may inspect the data we hold to decide how to respond.
• Other business purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, measuring the effectiveness of our campaigns, and evaluating and improving our Apps, products, services, marketing and your experience.

3. Will your information be shared with anyone?

In short: We share information only with your consent, to comply with laws, to protect your rights, or to fulfil business obligations.

We may process or share your data on the following legal bases: Consent; Legitimate Interests (where reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests); Performance of a Contract; Legal Obligations (where required to comply with the law, a governmental request, a court order or legal process); and Vital Interests (where necessary to investigate or prevent potential policy violations, suspected fraud, threats to anyone's safety, or illegal activity, or as evidence in litigation). More specifically, we may share your information in these situations:

• Vendors, consultants and other third-party service providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us and need access to do so — for example payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting, customer service and marketing. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the Apps to collect data about how you interact with them over time, in order to analyse and track usage and better understand activity. Except as described in this notice, we do not share, sell, rent or trade your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
• Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or part of our business.
• Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, requiring them to honour this notice. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint-venture partners or other companies under common control with us.
• Business partners. We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions.

4. Who will your information be shared with?

In short: We share information only with the third parties listed below.

We share and disclose your information only with the following third parties, grouped by purpose so you can easily understand our practices. If we processed your data based on your consent and you wish to withdraw it, please contact us.

• Analytics: Amplitude
• Subscription management: Adapty
• In-app purchases & billing: Apple App Store and Google Play. Payments made on our website are handled by a separate web payment provider and are described in our website’s own privacy notice.
• Hosting & infrastructure: Supabase

The Embero mobile app itself uses no advertising SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites — it does not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA). Data collected inside the app is shared only with Supabase (hosting/database), Adapty (subscription management) and Amplitude (product analytics).

5. How long do we keep your information?

In short: We keep your information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this notice, unless the law requires otherwise.

We will keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process it, we will either delete or anonymise it, or — if that is not possible (for example because it is stored in backups) — securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

6. How do we keep your information safe?

In short: We aim to protect your personal information through organisational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the personal information we process. However, no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your information, transmission to and from our Apps is at your own risk, and you should only use the services in a secure environment.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

In short: We do not knowingly collect data from, or market to, children under 13.

We do not knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under 13. By using the Apps, you represent that you are at least 13, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to that minor's use of the Apps. If we learn that personal information from a user under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete that data. 8. What are your privacy rights?

In short: In some regions, such as the European Economic Area, you have rights giving you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change or close your account at any time.

In some regions (such as the European Economic Area), you have certain rights under applicable data-protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure, (iii) to restrict processing, and (iv) where applicable, to data portability. In certain circumstances you may also object to the processing of your personal information. To make a request, please use the contact details below; we will consider and act on any request in accordance with applicable data-protection laws. Where we rely on your consent to process your personal information, you may withdraw that consent at any time — though this will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. If you are resident in the European Economic Area and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection supervisory authority.

Deleting your account and data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from within the app: Settings → Delete account. You can also email [email protected] to request deletion. Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you cancel that in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Most web browsers, and some mobile operating systems and applications, include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your preference not to have your online browsing activity monitored and collected. No uniform standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this notice.

10. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

In short: Yes — if you are a California resident, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about the categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct-marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. California residents may submit such a request in writing using the contact information below. If you are under 18, reside in California and have a registered account with the Apps, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Apps. To request removal, contact us using the information below and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Apps, but please be aware it may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.

11. Do we make updates to this notice?

In short: Yes — we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of the changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this notice frequently to stay informed about how we protect your information.
